(1) The member presenting the amendment will participate in the discussion by introducing the amendment. (2) After the discussion on the amendment is over, the member presenting the bill will answer the questions raised in the discussion. (3) After the answer on the amendment is finished, the member presenting the amendment will be given time to withdraw his amendment. If the presenting member does not withdraw the amendment, the said amendment will be presented to the joint meeting for decision.
